    BC Association of Clinical Counsellors

Professional Liability Insurance for BCACC members

    BCACC has single-carrier insurance.
For a copy of the POLICY DETAILS, click here

For a copy of the APPLICATION FORM (in PDF) which can be printed out, completed and mailed directly to BCACC Head Office, click here

BCACC requires a copy of the insurance policy covering your agency, contract work, and/or private practice. (Due to the legal risks for Counsellors, BCACC strongly recommends that all Registered Clinical Counsellors have their own personal professional liability insurance, regardless of any group coverage)

    Exclusions:
    1. If you have a policy in place, have your insurer sign the confirmation form.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED TO FILE A CLAIM
