DENTAL BENEFITS

• 100% coverage for oral examinations, teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays
• 80% coverage for extractions, fillings, scaling, root canals, dental surgery, denture relines and rebases, pit and fissure sealants for children, and gum surgery

EXTENDED MEDICAL BENEFITS

• 75% coverage for prescription drugs, oral contraceptives, chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, ambulance services, and orthotics
• 100% coverage for emergency medical expenses incurred outside the province or outside the country

DISABILITY INSURANCE

• Benefits paid on a weekly basis to provide income during periods of disability due to illness or injury
• Benefits provided for up to 52 weeks for each period of disability
• Benefits are non-taxable
• Coverage is provided 24 hours a day

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE

• $25,000 Life Insurance
• $25,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment
• $5,000 Spouse Dependent Life Insurance
• $2,500 Each Child Dependent Life Insurance
